Keilor Junior Basketball Assocation Bylaws:
The Club policy is to not to provide refunds for membership once a player has registered, been placed in a team, paid registration and the season has commenced (including grading games). The club operates on the smallest registration charges it can to make basketball as affordable as it can for players and families. There are administrative costs committed to the registration and operation of each team which are not recoverable. As a result the Club cannot refund these costs on behalf of players.
Once a player has been confirmed a position in a team then uniforms can be purchased and fitting occur. Payment for uniforms is to the club only (not the uniform supplier). Uniforms are supplied by Meant2Be , based in West Meadows. See the map for directions. It is a requirement to book an appointment BEFORE going to Meant2Be. The phone number is (03) 9338 2288.
Note that uniforms take 2 weeks for production and will not be made until payment is confirmed and numbers have been allocated.
Numbers are allocated to ensure that there is no chance of a clash with an existing player in the same age group as well as players in lower or higher age groups. This prevents the risk of players moving teams and then having a number clash. Numbers can be requested but may not be available.
